(2) 盗み[強盗]をする; 〈犯罪を〉うまくやってのける.

(3) 盗む; 強奪する.

hve it on [ver] a person 〈人〉よりもまさっている, 分(_ぶ)がある.

・They think they have it on us straight enough. 彼らは我々よりもはっきりと分があると思っている.

・He has it over those ignorant of the language. 彼はその言語を知らない人々よりも有利な立場にある.
