[語法] (1)another の前には冠詞・所有格, また this, that などは用いられない： 〜 book of mine [^×my 〜 book]. (2)another の後の名詞は通例単数形であるが, 「数詞+複数形の名詞」を1つのまとまりと考えてその前に置くことができる(単数・複数扱い)： Give me 〜 five eggs. 卵をもう5個ください(＝... five more eggs.) / There's room for 〜 few people in the bus. バスにはもう数人乗れるスペースがある / A〜 three months have [has] passed. さらに3か月過ぎた. (3)such との結びつきは another such+名詞単数形が普通. such another +名詞は誤用または方言(cf. 【代】2[語法](2)).
